Madelaine Atkinson is a high end embroidery student who is currently located in Birmingham.

 

Madelaine’s inspiration focus throughout creative journey was driven by, how different groups of people around the world respond to art. This is demonstrated through her innovative designs inspired from Catholicism art styles to folklore aesthetics originating from Ukraine. She has the ability to turn traditional visuals into a contemporary and unique version.

 

Madelaine has absorbed her time in the past three years, purely in embroidery design and development. She has the ability to combine both embroidery practices of hand and digital, to produce evocative designs.
